A combination of machines works best: Sky Walker, Seating-Standing Twister, Chest cum Shoulder Press, Leg Press, Sit-up Board and Horse Rider together exercise the whole body.
A combination of machines works best: machines for the legs (Leg Press, Horse Rider), chest and shoulders (Chest cum Shoulder Press, Shoulder Builder), waist (Seating-Standing Twister), abdomen (Sit-up Board) and cardio movement (Sky Walker) work together to cover the full body.
A complete outdoor full-body gym should include Sky Walker, Multifunctional Trainer, Shoulder Builder, Seating-Standing Twister, Chest cum Shoulder Press, Leg Press, Sit-up Board, Horse Rider and Surf Board.
A combination of machines works best: the Sky Walker, Multifunctional Trainer and Chest cum Shoulder Press each engage several muscle groups at once, and using them together in one area ensures balanced coverage.
The most useful machines are Sky Walker, Multifunctional Trainer, Shoulder Builder, Seating-Standing Twister, Chest cum Shoulder Press, Leg Press, Sit-up Board, Horse Rider and Surf Board. Together they give a combination that covers all major body areas.
Choose a combination of machines so that upper body, lower body, waist and cardio are all covered. A balanced set could include Sky Walker, Seating-Standing Twister, Chest cum Shoulder Press, Leg Press, Sit-up Board and Horse Rider.
Metal is the best material for outdoor use. Heavy-duty GI pipes for the main structure, together with stainless-steel components, give the strength and weather resistance needed to withstand sun, rain and heavy use.
Durability comes from quality raw material, strong welding, corrosion-resistant components and a good finish. Karma Corporation uses B-class GI pipes from Tata, Jindal and Apollo, MIG welding, SS304 components, and pure polyester powder coating of 80–120 micron thickness.
Full-metal equipment is built entirely from metal parts, including the frame, seats, caps, covers and fasteners, without plastic or wooden components that can crack, fade or wear out outdoors.
Metal withstands heat, rain and heavy daily use much better than plastic or wood, so full-metal equipment lasts longer and needs less maintenance.
Outdoor equipment is exposed to sun, rain and constant use. Metal construction provides the strength, stability and long life needed in such conditions.
It is better to avoid plastic and wooden components in outdoor equipment because they can fade, crack or deteriorate over time. Stainless steel is a stronger, longer-lasting alternative, which is why Karma Corporation uses SS components in place of plastic parts.
Ergonomic outdoor gym equipment is designed around the natural shape and movement of the human body so that it is comfortable, safe and effective to use. All Karma Corporation equipment is ergonomically designed by an in-house design team working under the supervision of leading orthopaedic doctors, so every machine follows natural body movement and comfortable posture.
Ergonomic design keeps the body in a correct posture, reduces strain on joints and muscles and lowers the risk of injury. It also makes the equipment comfortable for regular use by people of different ages.
Our design team studies body dimensions and movement patterns, and every machine is developed under the supervision of top orthopaedic doctors. The equipment is designed to be universal, so users from 8 to 80 years of age can use it comfortably.
A machine is ergonomic when its seat, handles, footrests and range of movement match the natural posture and joint movement of the user. All Karma Corporation equipment is ergonomically designed by an in-house design team working under the supervision of leading orthopaedic doctors, so every machine follows natural body movement and comfortable posture.
Ergonomic design makes the equipment easy to understand and use, helps users exercise in the correct posture and encourages regular use by people of all ages.
Choose equipment that is designed to be universal. The equipment is designed to be universal, so users from 8 to 80 years of age can use it comfortably. Ask the manufacturer whether the design has been developed under medical or orthopaedic guidance.
Equipment that matches the body structure supports correct posture, protects the joints and gives a more effective workout. Poorly designed equipment can cause discomfort or injury.
Comfortable seating, correctly positioned handles, well-shaped footrests and smooth movement reduce strain and let users exercise longer and more confidently. All Karma Corporation equipment is ergonomically designed by an in-house design team working under the supervision of leading orthopaedic doctors, so every machine follows natural body movement and comfortable posture.
Metal components offer higher strength, better stability, resistance to weather and vandalism, a longer service life and lower maintenance.
GI (galvanized iron) pipes are strong and resist rust, which makes them ideal for outdoor structures. We use B-class GI pipes of different NB sizes (for example 100 mm NB for the main frame and 80 mm NB for the foundation pipe) from Tata, Jindal and Apollo.
Stainless steel resists rust and corrosion, keeps its finish and stays neat for years. We use SS304 for sticker plates, base covers, closing caps, bearing caps and fasteners, all cut and formed to avoid sharp corners and burrs.
Check the pipe brand and grade, welding method, bearing quality, powder-coating thickness, fasteners and the manufacturing process. Also confirm that the design is ergonomic.
Long-lasting equipment uses branded B-class GI pipes, MIG welding, permanently lubricated sealed bearings, stainless-steel parts, galvanized high-tensile fasteners and a thick powder-coated finish.
Compare pipe brand and thickness, welding method, bearing type, material of caps and covers, fastener quality, powder-coating brand and thickness, and manufacturing precision.
Durability depends on raw material, welding, components and finish. Karma Corporation manufactures using a fully robotic facility with Indian top-quality heavy CNC and computerised machinery, along with custom jigs and fixtures that hold, support and position every part accurately for consistent quality.
Look for B-class GI pipes, MS sheet seats, SS304 caps, covers and plates, aluminium-alloy footrests, galvanized high-tensile nuts and bolts, and a quality polyester powder-coated finish.
Full-metal construction resists weather, heavy use and wear, so the equipment stays safe and functional for many years. A good-quality machine needs almost no maintenance for 8–10 years.
